Our Approach

A Multilingual, Evidence-Informed Approach

Making life-changing decisions in a second language is exhausting. We believe you find the most clarity when you can reflect in the language you know best. Our approach integrates three proven frameworks.

01

Positive Psychology

Building on your existing strengths as a starting point — not fixing what’s broken, but growing what’s already there.

02

Cognitive Psychology

Identifying thought patterns formed during migration and shifting them toward ones that support forward progress.

03

NLP Techniques

Practical tools to identify internal obstacles and develop realistic strategies for your new life in Israel.

FAQ

Questions Olim Ask

Is coaching right for me if I've already lived in Israel for a few years?
Absolutely. Adaptation is a wave-like process — not a one-time event. Many experienced Olim come to us with new challenges: a career change, a second wave of “culture shock,” parenting in an Israeli environment, and more. Coaching adapts to the stage you’re at — not the number of years you’ve been here.

Completely different. Aliyah counselling deals with logistics — paperwork, rights, absorption. Our coaching addresses the internal process: clarity, emotional regulation, decision-making, and building a new identity. We complement — not replace — the official absorption services.

Sessions are held in the language that’s most comfortable for you: English, Hebrew, Russian, or Spanish. You can also switch languages within a single session — many of our clients naturally move between languages during the process.

No. This is professional coaching — not psychotherapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. The focus is on strengthening your internal clarity, decision-making capacity, and ability to move forward. If we sense that someone needs therapeutic support, we will always recommend the appropriate professional.

There’s no fixed minimum. Some clients choose a short series of 4–6 sessions for support during their first months. Others prefer longer-term coaching for deeper integration. The first session — free of charge — helps us define together what suits you best.
